When we prepared to survey this property, we anticipated the need to pay special attention to the zero-lot-line on the left side of this photo. As we discovered, the house corners are clear of the property line and the house was built in the right place. In fact, the fence was also well placed relative to the property line. If you look toward the bottom of the photo, you might notice the concrete extends well past the fence corner, into the lane.
