Not all window wells are created equally
If you see larger than usual window wells, as pictured below, or window wells which might be inside a right-of-way, as pictured above, it is in your best interest to investigate promptly. A Real Property Report may reveal the need for an encroachment agreement or development permit with the City of Calgary.
